Great customer service and delivery is always on time. Their pricing is very competitive, but honestly their customer service is worth more. I've been with them for about 4 months now, and I will be with them for many months to come.

'd like to thank the staff at Culligan of Ida, MI for the exceptional customer service. From the office staff to the delivery personnel. Kelsey in the front office is so sweet, always happy, professional and such a pleasure to deal with. Tim (office) was so helpful and professional as well. I never regret calling them. A special menton to our delivery person, Jared. He is an absolute treasure to the company. On-time, pleasant and professional. He goes above and beyond. I'm so appreciative of all of you. You make it a pleasure to use Culligan. Thank you, Mary Ann A.Ps. The water is delicious and refreshing (and im very picky about water taste). We order a few 5gls a month, very good pricing as well

So far so good. We made the switch from a competitor in Plymouth area and haven't regretted it. Great customer service. Great communication. Easy payment options. And most importantly, constantly on-schedule delivery of our 5-gallon water bottles.

We had a great experience with our Culligan man, Will. He came out of his way to help us set up our new refrigerator with the water line for our ice machine. We appreciate him so much for doing this. His service was excellent and he was very efficient.
